CEO is Yagoo, and the fire breathing girl actually is named Sakura.
The batteries are Roboco's fans. Since she is a robot it makes much more sense and it literally "charges her up" as you said lol.
The stage itself is the Hololive Office as portrayed by the web anime "Hologra" which is a weekly 3D animation (that is subbed in various languages). The final boss of this stage is A-Chan, in Hologra there is a recurring joke that she goes insane since the Office constantly gets destroyed.
Also the CEO's tears are Yagoo's lol. A-Chan is more of a creative director for the company.

The entire day i was without internet and lost this… damnit!
But anyways, Mio is the most fun character of the new batch
If you build pikipiman, idol costume, dakimakura and bandaid or full meal, Mio literally enables infinite special usage, since she becomes nigh unkillable by sheer damage negation + a giant heal from being close to the fans.
You just face tank everything while the stand is up and that almost builds up the entire special gauge from Omen kills + contact damage for piman to proc, go back for one or 2 seconds to heal if you're low and facetank again because you'll be at full special once more
my fav JP vtubers are fubuki and mio, nice to see theyre the first ones being played
also, its really entertaining watching you try to figure out what the character does just with whats in the game

I would keep the Super items at the incredibly rare rate that they are right now in the live build, but I wish that at the very least the 10&20 minute bosses would drop guaranteed Super items.
Edit: Or duh, killing the GOLDEN YAGOO should be a guaranteed SUPER drop!

good video. also something i wanna mention; theres a new item if you survive 10 minutes with sana that, once fully upgraded, increase pick-up range by 300%. could try another never move challenge once done with all the characters

Hey dex wtf are you talking about.
The bomb boss, final boss (A-chan), and level 5 halu are all much much scarier when you don't have the shop maxed out. You should try the new stages with minimal upgrades to see how it feels for new players, they're not easy at all (unlike stage 1 which anybody can beat).
Mio actually has a 100% accuracy with her tarot readings which is impressive for what is basically random chance.
Interestingly, mio does regular tarot card readings. And she would read the cards for her friends. And sometimes her prophesies are true. But of course if she's doing them regularly at some point some of them would come true
