"Temporary Mute" is not a new feature of One UI 7, it's there in every Samsung phone since many years.
It's looking a lot more like Pixel UI these days or vice versa

FYI, both using the phone as webcam on PC and file access are part of Link to Windows. You need to link your PC, then it will be available.
