CORRECTIONS:
– Oppressors Bane is there to give the Saboteur the crossfire keyword in the GSC list. Forgot that they don't get it base.
– Th Death guard list DOESN'T have cyclones on the contemptors (would cost too many points). My mistake there!
– The screamer killers in the Tyranid list probably had a squad so as not to break the rule of three.
Is it possible to have an Ultramarine competitive list ?
GSC manages to somehow stay one of the most interesting, fluffy and balanced codices since its release
I think its funny fists have been ignored so hard they don't even have competitive lists. I have to admit, I seriously regret making my army all crimson fist colors. Looks sick, sucks bad.
You know Imperial Fists are not doing well when your faction never makes it onto these types of lists

i hate contemptors so much. they are so boring and are the only thing making it seem like some armies are better than they actually are (death guard)
I am trying to put together the Astra Militarum list and i ran into a snag on trying to get Elite Sharpshooters on the vanquisher russ. Am i just missing a rule that lets me pick a single russ to have a different doctrine? I haven't played since 9th dropped for the guard and would love any help i could get.

I love looking at Competitive 40k Lists but I also would never want to play them. They always seem so disjointed and mismatched. I know that's not really a factor in Competitive play but I love imagining these armies rolling up in-universe and just getting side-eyed by everyone on the battlefield.

Seeing a Wraith Knight on the field sounds hilariously fun, but ugh. I still feel like a ton of bikes and Banshees are the way to win with Craftworlds.

My Battlescribe complains there is 6 errors for the Adepta Sororitas following this build. :/
But take it with a grain of salt, Im new to the tabletop and still learning, so I might be using the battlescribe wrong. 🙂

So the GK list looks like the list used in 9th and 8th. No terminators , no paladins , no dreadnoughts or land raiders. Just the ndk/interceptor/stroje spam, as always

Nice overview, I appreciate how much research and effort this must have taken to compile.
I can see many Tau lists staying with Tau sept and Farsight Enclaves but the extra durability from Bork'an is helpful with how Killy the game is getting, ie. glass cannon marines and no troops requirement. I see crisis suits still being used but it will likely be only 1 big unit (maybe a small 2nd unit to deepstrike). The crisis suits will be at the expense of the hammerheads which can be swingy and allows the big hitters of crisis suits and Riptides to all jump-shoot-jump if required.
How can the ork list have 4 elite slots?
Does upgrading a dreadnought to a character count as a character elite? Would upgrading allow you to take 4 or 7 elites choices?

Ran a very similar Jormungandr list, pure venom cannons no small units apart from warriors – great fun to play and very different from anything else but sadly very dead thanks to the nerf 😢 GW need to stop punishing casual players because some people have no life

Off topic but how do you get Strenguard Vets with multi-meltas? They don't come with it in the box and nowhere online can I find any. Do you kit bash or just buy a devestator squad and put the guy with the multi melta gun in the strenguard unit and just say he is one?
A successor chapter of Iron Hands couldn't have the normal tactic in addition to the 2 successor tactics right?
That's an interesting eldar list. I wonder if he's leaning that far into closecombat. Might be better to run a farflung craftworld with 6s grant extra attacks + some other trait
