This 1974 Chevrolet K10 farm truck came from the original owners who parked it in a fence line 15 years ago. Let’s see if we can get this one to come back to life after a long slumber! If you’re interested in purchasing this pickup with a title it can be yours for $1,500. As always, thanks for watching!

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!! The correct email for the Mount Mortske date is sunnyhillauto@gmail.com and not sunnyhillfarms@gmail.com You'd think I'd at least know the correct email address! Guess I'll go have another sammich and watch it snow some more… Now hopefully nobody makes a silly comment so I have to pin them instead of this semi-important information.
Great to see a happy healthy dog…
I had to see how much crap the Internet gave you for not getting it running. Not too bad this episode. Keep up the great content bud.. shit happens, on to the next one..
I like the Mortske minute better than the presidential speeches.😈 love that Duff!
See, I misheard that. Thought you said the Will It Run factory… That Henry J… That's what I call patina…
Did I miss the part where you drained the water from the crankcase and filled the engine with oil? This dipstick was wet and rusty.
I like that old chevy truck.
LOL @ 1:32:50 running the starter Bendix like a gas weed eater wide open for a while caught me off guard and made me actually laugh out loud for real 🙂 Thanks for the laugh
24 v-
—Yikes!! I laughed when Josh first did that…😂 Wellanother chev to roll into the snowbank-😥 Good effort as always! Thanks Mortske!
I did a frame swap onto an early S10 Blazer chassis on my HenryJ.
I made a few videos but it’s not Puddin quality. Lol
I loved the HenryJ info – learned something.
Those Folks need a couple of Blue Healers for them cows . LOL That was great .
Ok, how the hell does it snow under a closed hood?
Sounds just like when my Dodge Dart threw a rod while I was racing . LOL I ended up taking that piston and what was left of the rod out and pulling out the push rods to that cylinder keeping the valves closed Left the spark plug in with no plug wire to it . The car fired back up and I drove it ( running rough ) for another year . I sold the dart and bought a 57 Chevy to build . Parts cost was zero because I just took them out and didn't replace them . LOL Sounded like a bi plane but drove it to work every day . LOL
How come you don't use the shark plug sand blaster you have? My grandpa's cleaner was a lifesaver in my youth and it still is at times.
That was exactly 1 minute of non stop crank 55.35 to 56.35 poor starter 😢
That starter was the best ever!! Until finally could'nt anymore!
Saint Morske, you gave the engine a chance to redeem itself, but, You cant save those that are too far gone. Great Vid. Nice Truck thouhh.
Put a 302 Ford in it, you know, make it reliable.
Our Dachshund steals McMuffins!
Great steer hostling!
I was having fun…..
Kroil works best when you jump in your Time Machine and go back about 10 years and spray down the cylinders.
Ok maybe a stupid question, but on the junkyard SBC the pushrods weren't moving because the lifters were not pumped up because of the water in the oil. You put oil in, and they pumped up fine. This SBC showed a high possibility of water in the oil off what was on the dipstick (JIMMY!), so how can you tell the difference between and lifter that needs pumped up, and a flattened lobe? Anyway, love the videos, keep up the good work!
Duff approved
Well, you tried that’s what counts! Besides, why did it wind up where it was before you acquired it? Duff will get a good ride next week!
Dang another one that wouldn't go, ohh well you gave it all you had captain 😂
Mortske I love your channel
That is one stubborn sbc!
Man, I love watching you work 😁
Great job as always Sir Mortske. Can't win 'em all 😉
my dog eats everything. even sting bugs
What's the story in the 1999 chevrolet silverado
I can't believe 2008 was 15 years ago…
You're gonna be in the shit house when puddin finds out about this collaboration with Ron and where was Duff dog😮
Nothing wrong with 350 they awesome motor
You're a good neighbor..
Chevy put out a bunch of engines with poor case hardening on the cams. I don't remember the years, but if the oil wasn't changed regularly, they would round off a lobe. Can't believer that starter lasted as long as it did. I think I would have verified the timing marks and then checked it with a timing light. A snort of ether will sometimes work when the compression is low too.
What do you call a dog that eats corn? A corn dog of course lol
The Mortske minute is legit. The backstory is really cool to hear. Thanks for digging that up.

As I Recall Many Late 70's Small Blocks Had an issue with Questionable Camshafts.
I forgot to say : Cowabunga 😇
I was just kidnapped by a group of mimes.
They did unspeakable things to me.
Funny story. I once got lipstick on my dipstick
Yes, bonus bloopers!
