Why the negative assumptions but first saying he won't take treat because he's mad. In fact, he's terrified. Cats are so mislabeled and mischaracterized. And most times when they are being well behaved, they are just shutting down in response to the traumatic experience (groomer could be a bit more kind.
Oliver is like "Heeeewp I'm being meowdewed! But only if it's not too inconvenient for you!" XD
Just a question, why did the owners reauest the cat's hair to be trimmed all the way? Was it full of knots?

Our elderly cat is completely quiet and easy to handle during bath and grooming but the last grooming lady choked him so hard when she was holding him in the bath that he almost passed out
