I removed all of Kirk and James’ original guitars and recorded my own instead. I also thought it would be fun to double track the solo (à la Randy Rhoads) but I got a little carried away and ended up adding three more tracks over my live take… so what you’re hearing a quadruple-tracked solo: My original live track, a second one with this Jackson V, another one with the Ibanez RG550, and a fourth one with my old Lado superstrat!
