  1. A question for the next pod:
What are some general tips/strats y’all use to decide if the deck you’re playing wants to go first or second? I know it can depend on the deck choice/matchup, but are there general rule of thumbs that y’all go by?

    Happy holidays fellas!

  2. Question: Opinions on Digimon Liberator? And specifically, what tamerless decks do you hope get a tamer?

    Also:
-alphamon was the original leader, but now omnimon is the leader. And yes, Paladin mode is the founder.

-darkdramon has always been part of the d-brigade. It's just a janky looking line, unlike the new one. Even in Lore, the d-brigade replaced darkdramon with brigadramon cause it was cleaner and more controlled.

-The collision deck does get piercing. It's a black deck with some purple splash that gets piercing. Alliance and piercing have now been given to other colors. What does green have left? Digisorb?

  3. I think Chris’ conspiracy theory about Bandi R&D not testing cards is probably true. I was listening to another Digimon podcast and apparently a lot of Japanese companies don’t have an in-house testing team. They just outsource the testing, give it the stamp of approval when testing is done, and move on. Bandi does have like 5 card games now so… it is very possible that’s the case. I still think you gotta take this information with a huge grain of salt.
