Family discussion about an interracial pregnancy IS important as there are many deformities to be aware of. It's a humanity thing for people who have genuine concern for a baby and their parents to bring this difficult topic up. Its difficult as one must weigh out the pros and cons for their particular union of genic and what that may mean for the infant. It's life impacting! How is that wrong to discuss? It's huge. My family brought up that topic when I was dating a particular young man and it was a valuable discussion that made me aware that it's complicated and serious decisions would need to be made if the relation became serious. We as a couple found it helpful.
Now, when members of the family are hateful (H/M) and have a negative attitude towards family members, of course the would not see anything helpful as they can't see beyond themselves and the wall of hostility. That's on them.
I won't buy the book. I don't believe for one second what comes out of H%M mouth. I support the Monarchy 1000%. As a USA citizen, I would recommend H/M move to a remote island and live off grid.
