I had that exact same shirt that Michael French is wearing, it's part of the Underoos set. I even wore it to school two days in a row to show off to friends this was weeks before ROTJ hit theaters so in my mind I figured Luke and Darth Vader were obviously getting a rematch but with the B-Wing Fighter and Vader's Tie Fighter.

Loved the original plastic saber (like a red flashlight). Mine came with three colored inserts for beams of red, blue, and yellow I think. The official balloon saber came out later.
