  1. This may be my favorite restoration you have done. Admittedly I’ve only watched your videos for a few months so I haven’t seen everything you’ve restored. I like this restoration because of the simplicity of the item but the artistry with which you restored it. I am confident that put side by side, the pre-restoration to the finished project, most people would not believe they are the same stool.   4. By plaining the seat and running it through the router filling in all the cracks. You’ve taken all of the character out of the seat. You could’ve just built one from scratch and had the same thing.
