He claims it is unconstitutional, yet higher courts have ruled that recording in government buildings can be restricted. But he will never accept it. Rights are not absolute. Loved when the officer asked Joey if he is hearing impaired. lol Love when frauditors claim that is up to the office to create privacy, but when they create that privacy by not permitting recording, the frauditors have a meltdown!

No members of the public or public workers should be forced to be part of this charade, this money making grift. Frauditors should have charges filed against them for misuse of emergency services, wasting the cops time, etc.. It's funny how all these Frauditors want to record at or in courthouses, police stations, jails and prisons, when eventually some of them (hopefully more) end up there behind the scenes.
