Not the way I would have done it to balance both GREEN and BLUE Builds… Also, no fixes to the bikes, the Desync issues online and Wall glueing…

Huh didn't know they nerfed the Green Build Bonus perk. I kinda don't use a full set of 4 of a single colored set cause I personally don't use the bonus perk as I tend to mix my builds that benefit the Car's base stats and see what can help it while also keeping in mind the class it's part of. Most of which don't have the Green or Blue Bonus Perk as I tend to give each a Shield Perk.
It's called unrestrained speed. YOUR SUPPOSED TO GO FASTER! Nerfing it just makes it pointless.
On one hand, I do appreciate Milestone to balance the game.
On the other hand, this is probably the worst decision they could make. Everyone complained about both boost bar and heavy duty cars, not this. NOT. THIS!!
I like that the Green bonus perk is no longer a net positive. Green heavy builds felt like the overall best choice before, now mixed builds are more viable. Not having any way to increase top speed is disappointing though. Wish they buffed the blue perks instead (maybe just remove the top speed penalty from the bonus?).
With Splittin Image II, I personally picked up the lightweight and better handling green perks, but then 4 blue perks for very rapid boost regeneration and high boost power. It felt stronger to me, as otherwise it kept losing to my STH 16 Angels ghost. I make up for the worse handling and lower top speed by boosting during turns and straights, which the rapid boost regen enables.
Still waiting for them to remove the wall glue thingy.
Unrestrained Speed was already worse thrn Hyperboost, even before the update. Now they have made it kinda useless.
I could see it being useful on Low Grip Builds that don't require Phase Inverter (Heavy Duty and some Off-Roaders)
Shame they nerfed it.
Honestly, I am a heavy cadillac user, stats were 7speed, 8 accel, 8 braking, and 7 handling. After the buff im down to 6 speed, but 8s across the board. As much as some are hurting in some cars, the cadillac is now even better than what it was after the nerf/balance. I hope i get to see you in pubs someday DDragonshark!
I dislike the change. It feels slower in general. I dislike the perk system in general. I wish it was like the first game.
You know, it felt like something was off with my Vocho; went green for a while now, and was struggling to get ahead and stay there today; effected maybe. So lucky I just completed my extreme events a few days ago, too! LMAO
