Hawaii police needs to sit by pedestrian crossings and hand out tickets, or nothing will change. We have flashing lights and a 20 mph zone in front of the library, and EVERY time 3 cars pass despite the lights flashing and pedestrians waiting!!!

NOTHING CHANGING FOLKS.
