Body cameras should never be turned off. Plus one strike you are out. A position in the Police means you are not above the law, you should be held to a higher standard, a role model to others.

25yrs law enforcement in Indiana and our "complaint on an officer" profess clearly says, as Indiana Law has established, "It is a crime to misrepresent, lie, or alter the truth WHEN FILING A COMPLAINT ON AN OFFICER THAT COMMITTED A CRIME." Thus, you can lie all you want but once you (falsely) report that an officer committed a crime it in turn becomes a crime.

Lia – I love your channel man, but it seems like YouTube is doing whatever they can to get me to skip your videos – you have a 20 minute video here and I got at least 6 maybe 8 different advertisements, and I want to give you credit for the channel so I stay on and watch them until the end, then sometimes they show me 2-3 ads each break back to back, with some of them being longer than a minute long – there should be an option for free YouTube users to just get the adds out of the way in the beginning or end of the video so I don’t have to run over 6 times during a 20 minute video just to hit play back on the video after the ad finishines – YouTube is must doing whatever they can to get you to pay for Premium and it shameful coming from the biggest video platform in the world!

This Chief should ask the soon to retire Sheriff Campbell of the Sagamon County Sheriff’s Department in Springfield, Illinois about the Deputy he hired: yes; Horrified' Sheriff Campbell who hired; now ex-deputy killer cop Sean Grayson who is now in jail charged with 1st degree murder in the outright killing of Sonya Massey. This deputy Grayson (the killer cop) was with 4 or even 5 different cop shops in the previous 6 years & was also moved out of the military under suspicious circumstances & so he was either fired or resigned from all of those Sheriffs &/or Police Dept.
So the Sheriff Campbell full well knowing that hired this trigger happy psychopath deputy but he then killed (murdered) Sonya over a pot on the stove! The death of Sonya Massey in Sangamon County & subsequently Sheriff Jack Campbell, who hired the former deputy who fatally shot Sonya Massey last month, said that he would not resign initially but recanted & said he’s resign shortly!
Sounds like they dont listen to their superiors either? Corporal punishment needs to come back, they should be held to a higher standard
