Current luffy is obviously stronger than the sickly dying old Whitebeard. I wish they avoided a one-on-one confrontation with admirals. However, with Lucci of all people fairing well against him… that just means luffy isn't now a proper yonko level. He just beat a weakened kaido.

The biggest challenge for luffy? That's basically stating that he's stronger than Kaido n if that was the case the Admirals would've easily went to Wano and take kaido down and all the other yonkos in their territory which they can't do because they lack the strength

I think you forgot that dark king Rayleigh was easily able to stop Kizaru in the past even at his old age. I don't think that Kizaru is above a Yonko level. Yoda maybe is referring to the admiral fleet as a whole. I hope to see Zoro or even Sanji taking on Kizaru
