Use your torch to repair your panels, they are damaged from the tornado, or there is dirt on them just not showing up. LOL your accident had me fall out of my bed in my truck. Grab your spare helmet out of the rover and put it on, cause your cracked helmet is losing oxygen. Also if you are sleeping in the base take your helmet off otherwise you are using suit oxygen and not your base oxygen.
I suspect that you would be better mining by hand as you might get more ore than with the rover's drill. I would also rearrange your power set up to the following:- four medium solar panels feedin 1 transformer which feeds 1 extended Battery which feeds 1 building. 8 solar panels built as suggested would be more than enough for your present Build IMHO.
