My first commander deck had masako the humorless for the specific purpose of tricking people into getting obliterated
Necropo- WHAT, SETH?
Anyone else hear the extremely high constant pitch during the video?
16:55 "I don't wanna win the game, I want to smuggler's surprise" -Seth, 2024 🤣
Cool deck, but I kinda wanna try out Sword of once and future on Glissa now.
I have played since the closed beta and i faced a orange named player for the first time last year.
Wait, he isn't dead, Smuggler's Surprise! Obliterator in hand, and death in his eyes!
Thanks for showing the probability calculator. That is a tool I will use in the future when deckbuilding.
51:00 Actually, population size would be 49 because you had already drawn 11 cards, successes is only 20 because you had already drawn or fetched 5 lands. This would make the chance of failure 6.3% rather than 5.9%. Not a big difference but still something to keep in mind, especially in longer games.
Obliterater and FIGHT spells Mmmmmm SPICY
OHH you have a big beefy thingy ? 2 mana and ITS GONE
Having run Jodah in Brawl, yeah, yeah if he sticks he just wins.
Vaultborn is better than atraxa. Easier mana requirements heals you instantly and doesnt just die to go for the throat also not a legendary. They already replaced atraxa with him in the creativity decks in pioneer/explorer a much more powerful format.
This series is always such a fun reminder that Magic can be about more than just wins and losses.
56:48 What’s that sound? 😂
Leave it to Seth when he has a chance to steal a permanent he takes the panharmonicon
I mean if you're running obliterator in golgari, there are fight spells that will force them to sac. That's how I play it at least. Green ramps and fights while black is obliterator and tutors and kill spells. Also Leyline Prowler! ramps you while defending you fairly competently.
So…. I've won a ton of games with this deck. Probably 20+ wins.
I still haven't gotten to Surprise anyone with an Obliterator.
I played Staff once. They were playing some kind of janky game eldraine tap deck, and i went infinite on turn 4. So I could say that I have 100% winrate against WOTC.
High pitched noise so annoying
Pronouncing Necropsy (like… Necro Autopsy) like "Necropussy" sure is a choice. And I'm here for it.
Not the necrahpussy 💀💀💀
