  1. Subdue someone, then release them. Murder is not justified. If that marines walks free, this nation will dissolve into chaos. I get that the man was arrested a lot. But murder is murder. Not subduing someone.

  2. ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธor u could have instructed all the bystanders to move to the next cars and left him trapped alone in the car till the next stop. THAT WOULD BE A HERO MOVE. there was no hero here.I just want everyone to know if ur response to this is. "why should everyone else be inconvenienced?"

remember that if anyone u care about is ever going through a mental crisis. ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ u said they deserve to die before the bystanders are inconvenienced slightly by the fact it's happening in public.

  3. I'll bet you ANYTHING that if the guy doing the choking was black and the man that died was white…NO CHARGES would have been filed and the man doing the choking would have been called a "HERO", but unfortunately the man trying to subdue the CRIMINAL was white and the CRIMINAL was black! When is the RACISM TOWARDS WHITE AMERICANS GOING TO STOP!!!

  4. This homeless man did not have a gun. However the man who was shooting up a church and killed the mother of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Sirhan Sirhan who was shooting up a room, hitting 7 people and one bullet killed Senator Robert Kennedy. However, both of these shooters with guns were restrained by unarmed civilians, but not killed, and held until police officers arrived.
