  4. They need to make it accessible to family members whose loved ones are buried in unmarked graves. Too many mothers who had babies die at birth and couldn't bury them privately should have access before the general public. They need to tell the real story; they weren't openly and willingly allowing these people access. That island is one massive, sad grave! They need to treat it respectfully.
