Jesse McLean is one to watch in the penrith team, haven't seen a guy talked about this Much so early since Harry Seijka.
Ativalu Lisati is another worth paying attention to, apparently one of the quickest guys in league despite being an edge / Middle forward. He was producing Addo Carr speed before he came down from Ipswich.
