Now Mumbai Metro Network To Reach Ulhasnagar | Indian Postman



The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has decided to extend Metro line-5 to Ulhasnagar via Khadakpada, reports MumbaiLive. This metro network is currently proposed between Thane-Bhiwandi-Kalyan. As per the decision, the total length of this extension corridor will span 7.7 km, which will be developed in two phases — between Kalyan and Khadakpada and the other phase to connect Khadakpada and Ulhasnagar.

  1. Vasai Virar is one of the populous city near Mumbai yet government is ignoring the development in this city despite majority of Population from this part of the city travels to Mumbai for the jobs.

  2. Metro much needed in Badlapur as per current situation.. Badlapur Population is increasing rapidly day by day.. Badlapur need much infrastructure facility to travel towards Dadar, CSMT faster Local Trains, Metro and Government Buses much needed.. Please look into the same..
