South Korea’s military says it has found “no meaningful military use” in a North Korean spy satellite recovered from the sea. South Korea had retrieved the wreckage of a North Korean spy satellite that plunged into the sea after a botched launch in May. In June the military recovered parts of the rocket, including the booster and payload, used in the failed launch. On July 5, Seoul said it had ended salvage operations, which began immediately after the debris splashed down off South Korea’s west coast. Watch the video to find out what the assessment revealed?
