  3. These are the fortunate ones, and they love you so much. Even the young ones, they know that you saved them and care for them, so they will love you all they can. Rescued animals are the best. All animals are but those that faced sickness and death… It is a silly comparison, apples and oranges, but we had a sad hungry kitty come around. We fed him and took a lot to get his trust, but he found us. He knew we would care for him. A day came that he'd let us pet him a bit, but he didn't want to relax and let his guard down. Who knows what these animals go through since there are so many cruel people on this planet-that really belongs to them when you think of it. But, he showed up one day with a injured eye. I knew it was going to have to be removed. He let us pick him up, cuddle him and take to the vet. He is in the other room as I write this. Whether kitties, birds, squirrels or horse, elephants…they know that they have someone that they can trust. It is why they make friends, even from a distance. Thank you so much, that these wildies now know you as friends. Honorary members of their herds. How I would love to see them some day. Take care. Have a wonderful day.

  4. It is so beautiful there. The babies are getting big and have their winter coats. Thank you for saving them. They belong here. Thank you for saving them and give them love and care. My love for horses goes beyond anything else and this brings me such joy and happiness to be able to be a part of their lives.
