I have to ask, are all the planets barren?
So far i just started, left the first planet because radiation and found one smaller next to it, i have 5 hours in and all i did was explore this planet, traders, learning vy'keen words, finding abandoned houses, the planet is huge and empty.
Don't know how random the new Cross connect feature id being rolled on?
On my account in the UK ,I have it showing but only have it running on PS4 at time of post but "might" be cross saving to new PS5 in a month ?
BTW on Both machines the game is installed on External Hard drives to relieve the internal drives . Have no issues bar it only leaves 1 USB port free!
Thank you for taking the time to explain things to beginners like me. There is so much to learn and it isn't all explained. Excited to play this expedition, only done one before.
This will be my 3rd expedition and I've learned my lessons now. The first (Aquarius) I brought nothing with me and it took ages to complete, the second (The Cursed) I took resources I didn't need and it ages to complete. This time, I'm watching Jason to make sure I bring the most useful resources and get as many milestones done in each system. Thank you for all the wisdom as always!

im clearing out as many task in the first system that are doable and there are A LOT of them. rufflly around 20+ can be completed right in the first system. just waiting with taking rewards when i m in that phase reason i am doing that, since some expedition want you to complet pick the rewards in order for it to register. you can pre complet task and wait for picking them without worry.
Moans about lack of inventory space… Whilst standing next to (yet another) upgrade station … The man needs more coffee not water 🤨

This is my first expedition, but when I went to copy over Technology and Resources to take with me, under Technology, nothing showed up. I had no option to add anything. I was able to add Resources to take with me. So two questions, 1) what was up with Technology, and 2) where did my Resources go? I play on Xbox One, and I do not have an Xbox Live Gold account.

QUESTION – Can I claim my herald ship on this new Normandy run and use it for this expedition too or do we only get to claim it on our main save through the quicksilver rewards merchant?
Do you have to use an old save and start new, ive done the cursed expedition and started that from the anomaly.

for uncharted search, you have to do it in cargo and search as he says above. with resources it takes 10 minutes max
If anyone else encounters the same issue with the Stranded Lifeform, just talk to his ship and you will have the option to repair it. The pilot will talk to you after and it will complete the quest.
