Nope was one of the few movies I almost immediately rewatched upon finishing it. It left me with a feeling that I just didn't catch everything upon finishing it, and I absolutely love that.

The alien sort of reminds me of SCP-96.
In the beginning of the movie they talk about two missing hikers that went missing. It was actually jj just eating them and that was the stuff that the dad got stabbed by.
The star lasso experience genuinely bothered me so much that I actually struggled to click and watch this video even though I desperately wanted to. Nope and The Borderlands really awakened a surprising fear of being digested alive that I never expected to have even though Nope is definitely one of my favorite recent movies.
The fact that YouTube is in such a state where youtubers have to make other channels for content that isn't their usual stuff is sad

This might be a coincidence, but I like how the design of the alien can correlate to the Roswell weather balloon cover story, since the alien in this could pass as just that, a weather balloon. Its also I cool non-tech, non-pilot and craft approach on ufos.
It is pretty open ended but having OJ out in the dust and beyond the "out yonder" sign really makes me think he didnt survive and that might have just been a reflection of shock or his spirit

The plush aliens Jupe sells at the Star Lasso experience 18:33 look chimp-like. Their heads look like the giant white parts of the cameras that helped filmed his sitcom. Even his kids wear the same suits. This movie is riddled with details.
