  2. @madam Aisha the truth of the matter is that, you're doing a great job so keep it up.
Jonathan didn't do well during his time that was why we didn't want him to seat still in Aso Rock so I supported Buhari. But in 2019 I voted Atiku because I realized that Buhari was a actually a wrong president to rule Nigeria, he didn't win. Now we move to vote PO.

  3. If majority of Nigerians are like you we would have been in a good society long time ago. Lets hold government accountable whether we voted for them or not, this is the way to go until we get there. Entitlement is evil and it destroys society.

  4. Aisha, I like you sense of reasoning , which makes me agree with most of your political stance. But I completely disagree with you on this particular one, because I am not one of those who are manipulated by those who control the narrative just as you have done with this blog. You should be able to admit your mistakes whenever you make a terrible one. Yes, most of you failed to realise till date that Chibok’s abducted girls was politically orchestrated to discredit Ex-President Jonathan’s Administration by Fulani Oligarchs of the North who felt β€œemilokan” sense of entitlement of leadership. Thank God that you contradicted yourself by mentioning the β€œcabals” in your ranting of debunking your mistakes of 2014-2015. Aisha, if I may ask, what has Ex-President Jonathan done that made people like you mount a campaign of calumny against him that this disastrous administration you people blindly brought against yourselves have not done worst? You passionately rooted for Buhari and APCSHIT in 2014-2015 because you felt Ex-President Jonathan was a disaster, and he has long gone. Now, you need to square up completely with the Frankenstein, called Buhari who promised to make Nigeria a utopia and put insecurity to an abrupt end. Please, you need to concentrate your aggression and frustration on the one you aided to power, and stop this your blame game of Ex-President Jonathan that doesn’t hold water.

You don't know what the person would be after you have voted them and that's why I don't blame people for the choices they make during elections, especially if the choices are based on their conviction that the candidate is technically capable to lead.

  6. OF COURSE, Goodluck Jonathan was a disaster and a complete failure as president. Anyone can attempt to deny history or lie about it but FACTS are FACTS! The humongous failure of GEJ gave rise to the emergence of an equally disastrous Buhari.

  8. Aunty Aisha, I believe those guys that hosted that space last saturday were being selfish.

    They behaved like children.

They didn't want to listen to your line of thought and they also didnt tell you their view in the most sensible manner.

I really wish I was able to speak.

  9. My sis, Nigerians have a way of frustrating ones effort. Please, their aim is to destabilize us. Please let's be focused and keep working hard to get the right candidates into our political offices. We don't need any distractions now. This is a weapon of distraction. Please we move. Let us all keep working hard.
I don't know Frank Nweke Jr but I am campaigning seriously for him. Why? We need to get the right people there. Nigeria must work in our time.

Sis me, abeg, no vex. It is nothing but a strategy to destabilize you in particular and us in general. God bless you

  11. Aisha, it is good that you are pouring out your anger, but in as much as you do that, it wouldn't be out of place for you to look at the issue at stake from both sides of the coin. Even though I was personally not satisfied with Johnathan government especially for the fact that he was too timid as a leader, but putting Johnathan and Buhari side by side, one need not be a soothsayer to know that Buhari was not in anyway a better option, it was a wrong judgement to have opted for Buhari and that is the crux of the matter.

The case of Bola Ahmed Tinubu will be similar to that of Muhammadu Buhari in 2015 if BAT became president in 2023, God forbid, the judgement of those promoting BAT today will equally be questioned should the unfortunate event happens.

Asha don't be angry. Nigeria will be well again.

  13. Aisha, you should strive to ignore perpetual commentators. My mother always told me to learn how to respond with silence. We are naturally concerned about people's perception of us when slanderers launch their attacks. However, what we must understand is that anyone that listens to them is not worth your breath.

Stay focused! You have many admirers because your sincerity comes through. I only recently started following your posts and I was very impressed with an interview you gave to Arise regarding citizens role in politics.

I knew Buhari would be horrible yet I was happy Jonathan lost the contest. He was not loyal to Nigeria. If he loved Nigeria, he would have would have been more passionate in confronting the challenges. He allowed the ministers do whatever they wanted. He had a half-hearted commitment towards the country. He needed to learn a lesson — that he ought not take the office for granted. Nigerians as a people have to take ownership of the country — the good and the bad. To this point, we had refused to make the necessary sacrifices for positive change. Therefore, the circumstance we find ourselves is our own making. Buhari will turn out to be a blessing because he has been so bad that there is now a unanimous call for change.

  14. I agree with you, Jonathan was not doing well, Putting Jonathan and Buhari Side by Side anyone who choose Buhari over Jonathan did not do that because Buhari's was better but the desperate need to see Jonathan Out. Buhari:s undemocratic antecedent was very clear to see.
I can Excuse Aisha because over time , she has proven to be on the Side of Good Governance and accountability other than That any body that partake in promoting Buhari to Power Needed to Apologize to Nigerians. Apology does not mean you did anything wrong but it could be Sorry I got it all Wrong, it was a wrong judgement by me.
Keep doing what you are doing.
Don't be caught up by what people say.

    PS
No everyone will have a platform or need one , but u you have one and your voice is heard be gratedull but you need to be very careful of what you promote. People will naturally come for u if it goes bad.

The truth of the matter was Nigerians were not patient with Jonathan and you Aisha was one of those ,accept the fact that your pronostico was wrong .I hope you have leant your lesson ,it not just criticism but also offer solutions and if you think governance is easy please run for chairperson in your local government area, that is when you will know that the Nigeria factor kill our best for the worst. If Peter Obi has not jumped the system we will have been left to chose between the devil and the deep blue sea. We moved, cos Peter obi is the best.
