3:19, going to give you a lifesaving tip here. Try not to bucket out that window, just throw it out the top of the stairs. But, if you must bucket out the window, line up your bucket so that it's level with the window sill. It may not look like it, but that's the only way to bucket out that window without backsplashing, which you've been doing constantly (not really your fault, the game doesn't make it very clear).
