Nobody Knows Why These Items Behave Like This! Tears of the Kingdom Items with Hidden Properties
In the last couple weeks there were many items discovered that do not behave how you would expect. One of them was the railing i made a video about already but this time I will focus on others with some weird properties. Today I will show you some odd things like this build, which rotates insanely fast without any sort of engine or power source.
Right of the bat I wanna start with the propeller that I teased before. To get this piece you have to go into one of every engineers favorite places again, the left arm depot. Just as with the railing, a couple stabilizers is all you need to rip this item off the wall. You find 8 propellers right here, you can either collect them all or just use autobuild after getting one and attaching something to it. This item has three distinct properties. The first one is that it cannot be destroyed, not by any sort of damage. Not even the device destroying boss-scream. The second property is that it can be detached from an auto-build and will NOT disappear. These 2 properties are shared by the railing as well.
Now the weirdest property is its unique gravity, it will always go to a diagonal, almost upright position. We dont know if one end just wants to float or if the gravity is just centered “wrongly”. As you can see here, when i use multiple of these, they move forever. But I will explain more to this with the next item.
Now the next thing, this is some weird interaction I found myself and I dont think anyone knows yet, is the Korok Backpack! You get this through attaching something to a korok and then replicating it with autobuild. Now it has no use but when you put it on one of your builds and then ultrahand it, things get reeally weird. Just me holding this build right here will start to move the build around. The movement gets stronger and stronger with every turn and If you let it go on for long enough it will go so fast that it breaks your build.
For some reason in addition to moving on its own, it transfers all movement you put on your sticks into the build. So when you hold the sticks to the right it will start spinning very fast in the right direction. I managed to make a weapon out of this and some fun builds that i might showcase next week.
I wanna experiment with using wheels in this build to maybe somehow harness the kinetic energy and make a vehicle out of this. Maybe one of you finds a way?
Now even though I made a video about it already, I thought i should mention the railing again. As I said before, it is both indestructible and wont disappear when autobuilt. And its unique property is the air resistance. It is quite close to tumbleweed! In my previous video I called this low air resistance, but the comment section was so kind to explain to me that this is in fact high air resistance! The weight of 2 apples, or two thirds of Hello Kitty, is very low for its size and basically any airborne or waterborne vehicle will be improved when you slap one or more of these bad boys onto it. Which is super counter intuitive, you would think adding parts would make it less maneuverable or harder to ascend with but honestly with every build the opposite happens!
There is an almost zero chance that nintendo will ignore this item in their next patch so be sure to have fun with it while you still can. They will definitely in some form change the items properties or even make it entirely unobtainable.
Now the next item is pretty much old news but it is this U shaped stone loop which you can get in the right leg depot. It used to be indestructible but lost its powers in 1.2
The last “item” i wanna mention is more on the hilarious side. I wanted to make a short video about it last week but by now I have seen many other people cover it so I will show it quickly in this video. It is the NPC Beedle! Or any moving NPC for that matter. If you manage to trap one inside your build and then get the build going, this will make the build bug out and move at crazy speeds in the direction of Beedle. Not necessarily an Item, but definitely a weird and unique interaction.
Now so far I havent settled in into being a content creator yet, it often takes me much longer than expected to make a video. I have a bunch of videos planned and I hope I can deliver them soon. If you have any ideas for guides or experiments, let me know in the comments! And expect me to have a proper upload schedule soon! Now enjoy your weekend and see ya in the next video!

Well looks like i found my first "glitch"! 😀 I couldnt find any mention of this on the internet so I think I can say I found it 😛 Enjoy the video and your weekend now!
My only advice: your subtitles are somehow making the rest of the screen brighter which has the consequence of an eye-straining anti-flash anytime there are no subtitles for a couple frames.
Thank you for the videos, though! Very insightful.
your videos are so brilliantly concise!
So if you’ve already gone through the depots and done what needs to be done a gate blocks your path. Are there any other areas or any other ways to get that railing in 1.2.0? Some people said at the bargainer statue under the great plateau but none of those elevators have it.
The joys of still playing 1.0
your content is the bomb! you get straight to the point and show some humanity in your vids, i like it. just keep it going and you'll gain more traction on your channel. 👍

We do know for sure! It's center of gravity is at x-0 y-0 z-1.5
what version is this?
the korok one would be great for gloom clubs
