drop the gold chain, cut shoelaces to minimum length, shave head and body hair bald, wear minimal clothing or most aero clothing, remove wisdom teeth. all this adds up to about 1 lb of weight. these athletes weigh like 160 lbs. 1lb is .625% of 160lbs. 0.625% of 19.53 seconds is .122 seconds. i could almost guarantee weight doesnt transfer 1:1 to speed, but still. it could be the difference between 19.53 and 19.4 seconds.
