  1. Oh god all those CG bodies in the background with blacked-out faces spinning, hurts to watch. The shots where it's just our main couple are lovely tho! I loved the original books and I'm enjoying the anime but I just wish the corner-cutting wasn't so obvious in some places. One second I'm watching a gorgeous shot/scene with detailed backgrounds and solid character designs with a great soundtrack, and the next there's an awkward transition or CG figure drawing away my attention. And yeah I know…budget. This is just a personal gripe and I needed to vent, so don't take it too seriously.

  2. I rather have the background people not moving then have those horrendous cgi chandelier and dancing. Day by day the quality is degrading. You know if you don't wanna do justice to something you rather not pick it as well. Also shoujo don't get the quality that shonen get in general not to mention how even voice actor chosen feels like those voice belongs to them and no other would have fit it better like the way they chose the voice actor feels like they actually understand the character and what their true nature is however despite not being the level incomparable to shonen, shoujo still looks good and voice are also selected perfectly just look at komi san can't communicate however they hardly try to make story adapted from manhwa decent. Why you need cgi where it's not necessary also in episode one that disaster door entry scenes was it that hard to add extra frames to make it smooth rather using cgi.

  3. Interesting thing was that there was never a dance sequence in the manwha at all. It adds a nice touch even though the CGI looks a bit weird and the people in the back look like stickers. Still good though.

  4. I do think the black faces and cgi is a bit lazy but I guess that’s what budget does to a anime. Should at least give the blank ones that doesn’t a face at leadt
