  1. “It doesn’t matter how good the screen is”

It’s a cheap 1080p LCD display, they couldn’t even throw us a bone and give us an OLED.

  2. You've never played a MSG game? You really should at least give the first one a go. The Pyscho Mantis fight is one of the greatest moments in video game history, although you'll need PS1 original hardware to get the effect. I'm sure you can find a YouTube video on it. The story and gameplay are still a great experience today, and might be the only 3d game from the 90s (non DreamCast of course) where the graphics hold up too.

  3. Handheld for PS5 only is a flop before it's even out of the gate. If it was PC and PS5 compatible then maybe it might have a chance. Nobody asked for this and nobody will want this. I like playing PS5 4K games on my 60" TV. The last thing I want is to play the same games on a little 8" screen. LMAO.

  4. I needs to be $150 max, small screens have gotten way cheaper and a controller is about 50-70. And the screen is nothing special but i have a filling it will be $200 maybe more. Also thought plucky squire looked really cool

  5. Dunno why ppl are excited for this. Its not a vita successor, its tethered to the ps5 meaning you cant use it with no internet and no ps5. It looks like those cheap handhelds lower than steam deck

  6. Project Q… If they keep the pricing in the extremely competitive range… Personally, I'd say $125-$150… (being this would only be an in-home, WiFi, Streaming ACCESSORY, tied to your PS5)… Any more expensive, and this may just be their next PSVR 2… So overly expensive, it won't be the hit that Sony hopes it'll be… ESPECIALLY with the current economy… (Rightfully so)… Folks want a lot more for less!!!

  7. Maybe the Project Q can be used as a normal dual sense controller for the PS5 and at the same time games can utilize the 8" display as a second display for the games. Also allow the player the option to switch to remote play when needed.

  8. How like Sony to look at the exciting portable gaming market and try and come up with a solution that looks like it was designed and built in someone’s shed over a weekend.

  9. PlayStations remote play doesn’t have to be in the same Wi-Fi network when using your phone with their backbone controller (99$) as I’m currently 300 miles away from my system using my parents lake house wifi to remote play my ps5 back home, so it has to offer more than what’s already available, everyone has a phone

  10. If I didn't already have a Steam Deck that could stream my PS5 games inside my house (and outside when when I get all the security figured out), I still can't imagine getting something like this unless, like you say, it's really, really inexpensive. Inferior screen when my TV is right there? No thanks, I can wait until others are done with the TV. And if I can't play any other games on it, like the Steam Deck, then it's usefulness drops even more. For me.
