Question for you, do you still have the ability to get lost in mind? How do you have pointers that hit so precisely, are you able to remember the struggle just prior to awakening?
How long is the shortest moment? How short is the longest moment?
It's floating on a magic carpet knowing that the guidance is always there. Meditating 3 hours a day helps. Not all at once LOL
Had a experience once, while I was meditating and concentrating on the breath at one point the thinking about breathing in and out vanished I felt like I was the breath it was so effortless compared to thinking, lasted only for a short while. Wonder what that was.
Hey angelo, i had an awakenkng last week and it was really great but then i lost it and now ive discovered this new practice online and im really excited because i think it will help me get another awakening next week, ive moved some things around in my schedule so ive scheduled it for wednesday afternoon when ill do the practice and have the awakening. But then i have some things to do so ill maybe only do half the awakening on the wednesday and then finish it off for the full awakening on the weekend when im more relaxed. Any advice? Jk lol 😆
