  1. i just wonder why are there not any other member of zunesha, like there must be more. if they are not here then are they outside of earth? maybe zunisha is a alien, who was casted out by his civilization to wonder a lesser planet that is the one where our story revolvs around

  2. The devil fish thing got me thinking… if a human and a devil fish mated and made a devil fish man. Does that mean a bunch of humans just started fucking fish and sharks and made the fish men? It’s intriguing as it is disgusting.

  3. I actually don't think Zunesha committed a crime, and that he was actually punished for failing to do something (or protect something). That could still arguably be a crime, but my point is that it wasn't something done out of malice. For example, let's say the Minks initially lived in the Ancient Kingdom, which as far as we know, was wiped out by the original 20 Celestial Dragon families. The Minks, as close allies to Joyboy and the Kozuki family (who may or may not have been the original Joyboy), punished Zunesha for this failure and tasked him with walking seas, carrying the surviving Minks on his back until Joyboy's return. Once the Dawn is brought to the world, as it pertains to the Minks, Zunesha is released from his punishment, and the Minks can return to their ancestral home.

  4. It's interesting that little fact about the bones on Moomoo being similar to whales, cause whales are a real world example of an animal that evolved back to being a sea creature (after millions of years evolving to get out)
I wonder if that's a way to say that the world at some point in time had a massive flood, causing the islands situation and forcing creatures back to sea

  5. What if the original joy boy, who also fully awakened the nika nika no me, found out how to, with the aid of zunesha, move whole continents and land masses with his "anything he can imagine" powers. He begins to use this power to better the world, even promising the fishmen to use it to bring their island to the light, but before he can, imu backs him into a corner with a threat even he cannot overcome. And in exchange for imu not unleashing this threat he must forego helping fishman island, hence the apology poneglyph, and instead use zunesha and his power to rearrange the world from its old form of one supercontinent, all in One large Piece, to the fractured world we see today, leaving the highest mountains in an unbroken strip as the red line, from which Imu can reign supreme for all time. He then dies, while the longliving Zunesha continues to roam the new seas of the world it helped create, cursed by guilt and shame from stepping foot on the small islands that now remain of the original continent

  6. Okay for the love of god now that we’ve seen Saturn and know he is most likely based off the yokai Ushi oni literally meaning ox demon (confirming with my head cannon that the elders and imu have the “real devil” fruits.) With that mind if you read about the Shuten dōji(meaning little drunkard) the king of the oni. It becomes clear what imu’s fruit is based around. I really want to go into further detail but I insist you go read about the Shuten dōji on the official yokai site.
