  1. I have zero sympathy for Canada Post anymore ..to cause this much cost to businesses and to halt shipment of meds to places no one else delivers is disgusting. They’ve also ruined Xmas for many who have things held up in the mail. It will amaze me if things don’t go missing. It’s time for them to be ordered back to work

  2. The union at this point has lost their bargaining chips. All should realize the current delivery model of Canada Post is not sustainable due to competitions from the like of gigs economy shipper from Amazon. Should union settles for less. No. However, they should understand that Canada Post as a whole has been in the negative since 2018. You cannot shake off someone when they do not have money.

  3. I forgot about the usual mail strike and made a few hundred dollars worth of orders. I should have remembered that they stopped working when Christmas time is around. Next year I'll remember to order before and after Christmas Time.

  4. Average postal worker makes 200 dollars min per day and many make much more, they are wanting a 24 percent increase in 4 years plus added other benifiets and, so you are looking at an increase in salary of 48+ dollars per day per worker.

  5. Hey Libbies, look at all the strikes that have happened in the last few years.. how many were your government’s jobs? All of them. Liquor mart, teachers, EA’s, postal (a couple times), and others. If you want change stop striking and vote better.

  6. Can you imagine from the lowest to the retired veteran can't pay rent or get food and are panicking. People's businesses have lost over a billion dollars in Canada. By the time they get a raise Canada Post is going to close a bunch of places or cut delivery days.

  8. From the U.S., I feel sympathy for those affected by prolonged mail disruptions in Canada. It’s surprising that such a vital service, especially in a country with many rural areas, isn't considered essential. Here, USPS workers are prohibited from striking to ensure mail delivery continues uninterrupted.

  11. Looks like the work of demonic forces working the postal system in Canada. Really now, Canada Post picked Christmas time to have a strike?! So why doesn’t the Federal government step in to at least delay the postal strike past the Christmas season?

As per Yoda, “Do not underestimate the power of the Emperor, or suffer your father’s fate you will.” 😂😂😂😂

  13. The union members are destroying Canada Post and devastating businesses and individuals who rely on the postal system, Canada's parliament needs to step in and make these greedy workers get back to work !!!!!!

  14. I heard that CP is trying to bring in casual workers which threatens the jobs for postal workers. Trudeau has brought in tons of foreigners that will work for cheap. I support the strike!
