Greatest Raphael is now Glory Regnar R7 in Beyblade Burst QuadDrive and it has gone through some BIG changes as per usual with QuadDrive Beys. The infamous halo ability is nowhere to be seen, but Hasbro has designed this differently compared to other QuadDrive Beys to make this stand out. Similar to the Takara Tomy version, this Beyβs defense is highly regarded. Raphael and Regnar are very round for a balance type Bey, but this QuadDrive version is even more passive in the stadium than Greatest Raphael. It definitely feels like a defense type.

π«£ This one gonna get the people riled up brehhh! There have been some big changes with this Glory Regnar R7. The halo ability was unreal and probably the most memorable one from Beyblade Burst DB, so this is kinda crazy…in a bad way. Pro Series is still obsessed with GT/Rise Beys, so we better see Greatest Raphael in the lineup soon!

The first two seasons of Beyblade, Hasbro did perfectly, except for 1 bey from each, 1st Seasonβs Yugen Yegdrion (yggdrasil) and the 2nd Seasonβs Twin Noctemis (nemesis). Yegdrionβs tip was substituted with a regular Survive Driver instead of whatever was in the anime, and then Noctemisβs disc was swapped out for a regular old number 2 disc. Season 3 was ok, but they gave almost every bey Achillesβs height change ability and even ruined Turbo Spryzenβs Zeta driver first by making it taller which wouldnβt really have mattered, but second by making the defence mode FLAT AS HELL and tried to make it okay by saying βoh itβs okay it just doubles as the new slingshock modeβ and then Hasbroβs season 4 beys SUCKED ASS, like they actually ruined it. They sort of redeemed themselves with season 5 in my opinion, except for nerfing Lucifer and itβs tongues. Season 6β¦get out. Justβ¦get out. Yβall done my boy Spryzen so wrong.
