Though the bots are gone, 9/10 there will be servers full of player snipers. They'll jokingly imitate bots by spamming "nice shot" or spinning while aiming up after a kill. It's like what South Park said about 20 years later you can joke about bad things (though it's just been a couple weeks.)

People are so ready to forgive valve for doing something that is such a low effort, even though this will not last for long. People should celebrate that bots are not over populating valve serves for the first time, but people should still backlash because the problem still exists. They basically fixed it with a duct tape and expect the community to be happy about it.
