  1. On non experimental PC, I got mine with my first Freighter Trade mission. I was then able to get my first living frigate for my fleet but so far I cannot find another. Heard that you can use the anomaly detector but used 15 so far and nothing other then the usual things that pop up…The hunt continues

  4. I]m on Steam's experimental. I recently bought a mew computer, When I installed NMS, there was a synch error. I lost all of my expeditions data so all of my rewards are gone up to the Pirate one.

    In this ipfate, my science guy is stuck in his station ad id about 25% too big . On one occasion I landed in my freighter and all of my ships were missing. The came back after leaving and returning.

    After teleporting onto my freighter I encountered false walls all oner the place, Very disorienting.

    I got the Dream Arieal right after my first mission, Once built, I got my living frigate right away.

    I watched your video about freighter salvage mods because I'm having a hard time finding one. I don't like derelict ships or crashed ones. I'm hoping to get some from missions but no joy yet.

    I thought I saw the instability drive in the freighter upgrades nut I may be wrong.

  6. I’m playing on ps5 too and I was lucky enough to get the dream aerial from one of my first expeditions. What I’ve been trying to figure out now is how to reuse it to find more than one living frigate. It doesn’t seem to be a consumable but nobody I’ve spoken to has been able to use it more than once yet

  11. Hello Captain Steve . First living frigate i found was an S class. Meogi knows what system . You are welcomed to it . The teleporters in direlect freighters do not work . I am on PS4 pro .

  19. Same here with the Living Frigate on PS4 Pro. Select it in expedition rewards, “add to fleet” button flashes up then immediately disappears. Frustrating as fudge!
    Another problem I seem to be having is in the build menu. The variations of walls etc that it says to press triangle to select. When doing so it immediately selects the wiring tab instead.🤷🏼‍♂️
    They’ve also changed the appearance of the fireplace and taken it out of the build menu! Why?
    Not reported yet but I’m going to try some other stuff first.
    The upright planters still don’t snap,
    Small flooring still won’t snap.
    Still got plants growing through walls and floors.
    Decals appearing on some walls and not others for some really bizarre reason.
    Items placed on a carpet subsequently appearing to float in mid air.
    The list is just getting longer.

    Updates are great and all that but I just wish they’d clear up some of the really basic annoying little niggles too.

    For the record. The freighter rework looks impressive but it completely messed up my freighter base. Basically I have had to delete most of it and start again but now I’ve got to also obtain a shitload of “Salvaged freighter modules” in order to get the required rooms. 😳

  21. I've run dozens of fleet missions by adjusting the system clock on ps5. Still no dream aerial. Also the wormhole brain(economy scanner) still won't let you scan for trade outposts. The cargo scan blocker doesn't work either.

    These are glaring bugs. No idea why they released this update if it's this buggy. Still love it but definitely needs to be fixed.

  22. for me, I was building my planting area and I keep falling through the floor and getting stuck in an in between space. Only way to fix it is to reload.

  24. All these bugs and glitches in this update. I can only assume that the update was rushed out to coincide with the school holidays in the UK. Which would mean this decision was made with financial needs outweighing the needs of the game. This might be a one-off occurrence, but it is something that we will have to keep an eye on lest Hello Games join the ranks of EA, Blizzard, etc.

  30. Some of the main story missions are bugged as well. I got to the mission where I decide Artemis’ fate, and when I go to the terminal, it won’t let me do anything. Just gives me the normal message about not understanding the words. 🙄 This is my first playthrough as well.

  34. I'm sorry I will put here link but seems like not many ppl having this glitch I'm on ps5 and whenever I go to my freighter I see glitched walls etc on my freighter base. I have no idea how to report the bug I'm a noob hahaha I found also quick (not permanent fix for this)
    So the glitch its visible when:
    a) you fly to freighter you will see the glitch
    b) even when you get rid of the glitch save the game and load the game the glitch its back
    So the only way to fix this its:
    1)build teleport room on freighter
    2) from your base or any space station teleport to your freighter then the glitch its gone.

  35. I'm stuck on the "Repeat 16" part of the starting mission. I've gotten to the last NPC where you get the message about watching you, but it keeps repeating the same dialog with the only action being "Repeat 16". I can't even cancel, so here's comes a hard kill …

  36. My wife got it right away on PS5. No leviathan. First RNG was getting the Aerial. Then more RNG that it will go off. Just a lot of good luck. She says it hasn't signaled again since. Got an ugly class A living frigate lol but she upgraded the stats with food items. Pretty cool.

  38. Dream Aerial popped for me on the first mission I sent The Leviathan on. Of note, I already had The Leviathan unlocked.

    I was able to use it to get a second space whale, but I can’t seem to get a third.

  45. PS5 – V3.94 – I definitely received the the Dream Aerial on PS5 – you need to send out the Leviathan ONLY on missions, and it will return it eventually. I didn't receive it until I stopped sending out other frigates with the Leviathan – but as soon as I sent it out alone, it popped as a reward for the 2nd mission I sent it on.

  46. Not being able to get the dream aerial in the current build on the game just means you previously cheated by moving your system clock. There's a fix on experimental right now. That one isn't on Hello Games though. 🙂

  48. On 3.96, Xbox Series X, I absolutely can't get the dream aerial. I've sent out so many freighter expeditions and I haven't been able to get it, with or without the Leviathan. I know I can get living ship upgrades as I've gotten 4 so far, but haven't gotten the dream aerial. Super frustrating when I have 4 living ships and I just want to get upgrades for them
