No Man’s Sky is an action-adventure survival game played from a first or third person perspective that allows players to engage in five principal activities: exploration, survival, combat, trading and base building. The player takes the role of a specimen of alien humanoid planetary explorer, known in-game as the Traveller, in an uncharted universe. They start on a randomized planet near a crashed spacecraft towards the edge of the galaxy and are equipped with a survival exosuit with a jetpack, and a “multitool” that can be used to scan, mine and collect resources as well as to attack or defend oneself from creatures and hostile forces. The player can collect, repair, and refuel the craft, allowing them to travel about the planet, between other planets and space stations in the local planetary system, engage in space combat with alien factions, or make hyperspace jumps to other star systems. While the game is open-ended, the player may follow the guidance of the entity known as The Atlas to head toward the centre of the galaxy.

What the…? Just been playing Adrift and closed the game in Steam – only to see Steam start downloading an 8 GB update for No Man's Sky. This seems unusual.
Hi cap, I've noticed that there is a bit of lore in this expedition and sean mentioned it in a post on twitter. Might be worth looking into
I finished the current Expedition but had two phases that would not give me the rewards saying inventory was full and it was not but did read some where that some one else had the same issue. Really enjoyed this one.
Had that happen to me Captain took awhile for to locate it the rendezvous point and I died once trying to find it.
If you think rendezvous 4 was a pig, you're really not gonna' like 5 😡 took me ages to find it, had to ditch the ship and go on foot, nearly died twice. It's a poor joke on someone's part at HG. Stupidly tall steep mountains and aggressive sentinels. BTW, check the stats on that new Frigate again, particularly the number of missions and times damaged 😮🤔
I scanned that very same ocean over a dozen times with the Nautilon, no freighter yet!!!

Something on my mind, do you think they will add more ships to customization once they expand the number of ships we can have in our hanger?
Right now there are the 4 expedition ships, then exotic, squid, living, solar and sentinel making 9 out of 12 so room for 3 customs which are all that are currently available. Idk just wondering if it coincides to your knowledge of the game.

Always "backup" your derelict Scanner if you only have one. i often get an error like on this Expedition,
especially on Expeditions were they don't grow on Trees!
Doors that would not open correctly. this time it was a door with those alien tendrils that got not destroyed by a single shot.
it took me 5 minutes and it left one single of them blocking the door shooting thousands of rounds.
i was just about to give up when i relized i could build the plasma launcher wich did the job.
on other saves the hitboxes on doors are so bad those doors would never open.
never rely on a single derelict scannner, never ever Cappy.
Speaking of childhood toys – have you seen what they're worth to collectors nowadays if they're in decent condition or even boxicated? If only me and my bruvver had known (instead of crashing toy cars down cobbled, hilly streets and inflicting crash damage).
I met a distressed sentinal ship, now have b class sentinal ship to finish expedition with.
I have three ships now, the extra storage is useful, you just swap ship in space station
I landed on the pad and jumped off, you can land in the freighter
I hope this isn't National Heritage made me laugh !
