Like the idea of this deck – fun to see people trying alternative decks…
I have a deck very similar, very fun, added a pidgey V with the stone to get any card in the game and after vstar just use pidgeys ability to shuffle back in deck. Sometimes I put arceus vstar and 1 copy of penny in deck
