I'm noticing a lot of CCP like propaganda flavor in this and other stories. A supposedly ability to keep things secret – claims of superior human teck. dictating terms, ignoring treaties terms when ever they decide to. I can compare the Council to the UN, and China claiming the role of Humanity. China tells it's people how superior they are in everything. Now Humans were going to organize everything – CHILLING.

You REALLY need to analyze WHY so many of your stories sound WAY TOO SIMILAR. (it's boring)
