NMM stands for “Nightmare Mode”. Nightmare Sans is the one that has the tentacles and is all goopy. NMM Sans is the one with the blue fire on his head.

So NMM (aka Nightmare mode) is just a Sans made by MORO and also in that FNF Mod Game
His abilities are far greater then classic Sans
He is able to survive in the Sun, destroy a Moon, even create small explosions from spawning bones and blowing them up
He manages to beat Bendy in the MORO animation whom had similar powers to NMM Sans
Nightmare is a Being from Dreamtale taking the appearance of the classic Sans except he is Black
However he isn’t Really the classic Sans and is a whole another person
Nightmare’s Objective is to get as much Power by Adsorbing Negative feelings from across the Multiverse.
He is able to shape shift to various stuff as Making his Goop into tentacles to attack, Grab his Opponent
He is able to regenerate from Wounds the only way to kill him to Destroy EVERY SINGLE Cell in his body
Nightmare also Runs a Group called the nightmare Gang (which is called by the fandom)
It consists of multiple Characters Dust, Horror, Killer
They are all Sanses from different timelines whom turned murderous due to multiple Genocides Paths in there verses

This would actually how the fight would go down its a little exaggerated since Nightmare has never been shown destroying planets, but Nightmare would win at the end this is because Nightmare is immune to physical and magic attacks making any attack that Nightmare Mode Sans useless since it does not damage nightmare
Nightmare can only be killed by Positive emotion attacks from Dream the brother of Nightmare.
