It was IMMEDIATELY obvious that these 2 citizens had ABSOLUTELY NO to do with THAT issue, but THESE untrained, EGOMANIACAL cops, (there's ANOTHER name for THESE cops, 1 I ONLY use it on RARE occasions & THIS is one,THESE 2 have earned it, oink oink)… But I guess, since they had 2 ppl in front of, hey, wth, let's run THEM & maybe we'll get lucky, since they're here… Why NOT?
No. There was radio traffic that you could hear in the background that the calling party said that she was being harassed by those people over a custody dispute. The officers had every legal right to be there investigating as they were and they had reasonable suspicion that those two were the subjects of the call.
If this was a civil rights case that had any merit to it attorneys would be banging down the door to take it, on contingency, because they would get a big payout themselves.
