What I'm looking forward to the most is the fact that now we'll be able to see for ourselves how people actually live and interact in Nivalis. So far we've only known what Rania and Hayse experienced, and the city is so much bigger than that!
I wonder if there will be some sort of time management system, like you could open your shop during the day or you could take the day off to do other activities. If they are going that route, I'd love for a ton of side activities to be available. Like maybe you could eat at other restaurants to get inspired for your own dishes. Or perhaps you could go play Pachinko or some sort of other mini game. The more options the better!
I think I understood why voxels make this and many other games so beautiful and unique. Realistic polygonal graphics approximate reality very well, but as such, they are not very recognizable. You can't tell them apart from a single look, unless you see something extremely specific of the game. With voxels instead, you really see the soul of who "painted" them, like with 2D graphics. And while this fact alone would make it artistically superior, I think there's more to it. I think that our memories are closer to low-resolution pixel art than realistic and live vision. So in a sense, looking at a world made with voxels is like looking through memories.
While Nivalis is still coming up, I'm downloading Watch Dogs 2, will be playing it for the first time.. I'm excited to play nivalis tho

Really looking forward to this.
Glad this game is getting some love!
As some coming over from Cyberpunk 2077!
This fill some niche in me since I also am a graduate of Business Science too! 😀
so hyped for this game but i think it'll be instanced areas not one open map
I would love to ride the trains all the way through the city, enjoying the views we get from it. Similar to what Watch Dogs gave us.
Great preview. This game looks to be the half game cp2077 couldn't be. And that's a good thing!
I hope the world will be very big and even better open.
