Considering that Wood thinks he's got nothing to talk about, I'm impressed. After all, doesn't that mean that he's played through every game on the wall behind him?
I may not watch your content as much as I use to but damn it I’ll slide in give a like and comment. I will be non stop watching your stuff when switch 2 comes out. I got clean 2018 your content helped me stay positive
Uh … those were deku scrubs, not koroks 🍻
Physical for Nintendo that’s a carrying console always. I don’t buy any Xbox or ps5 games physically, those are all digital.
Link's awakening has waypoints as well, And I'm pretty sure Minish cap has a similar system also.
The first 15 minutes of this show is incredible😂😂😂 wood and ham are so funny
This set up looks amazing
13:21 Austin John aint got much til next Zelda or Pokeman drop. Granted i wish he did more vlogs like thay crazy taxi one
this was rough.
The trees are literally the exact same as links awakening remake. Same with most of the textures.
I'm here for this mindset lol I'm waiting for the Switch 2 Boom
It's like 1:45:49 watching 2 homies talk about video games.
1:47:23 first name in the credits woot!
I had a feeling gamexplain was going this way. Sad to see. Been following the channel for a long time
Did I hear correctly you’re going to copy Wolf den and make 3D printed parts ??
Why wood is doing this sexual jokes in the latest videos, its weird and not funny. Totally unnecessary
another good show guys look forward to it every week
Please remove those trees from Wood's cam view. It takes away from the glory of Wood's Seitch collection!!!
Not knowing what zenimax is . 😮 "Gasp"
Loving the new set up for the podcast, also love the art for your desk mat they did a lovely job!
Can’t wait for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of Nebraska
Kinda cool you kept all the tech issues in the vod for posterity
GameXplain been having stuff going on for a while
It was actually entertaining to see the guys trying to resolve the audio issues. It was a real life unscripted chapter of the episode which was really entertaining.
Great podcast guys! Always a good listen every week
Nontendo number 1!
Hey man not sure if your already aware, the episode on apple podcast is the bonus episode 🙂
Paul Gale's statement tells us nothing. It lacks any quantifiable information. e.g. one parallel release or one port would make this statement valid. Its the easiest prediction to make and frankly you could have said the same thing about Wii U or Switch before they released.
So ok first off I would say I disagree that this year is abysmal, I truly don’t think that. This last year is still getting bangers. Has it slowed yea for sure but they didn’t just stop lol. Two I truly think that if switch 2 is a big upgrade with better remotes and at least an 8 to 9 inch screen. Then 4k for the tv for me that is all I’m asking for. Then we get a new Mario kart, Mario odyssey, just more Mario 3d land type stuff. And I’m all for it. Just hope they don’t do a 3d switch that would be not a good idea personally in my opinion. I think we need to stop wanting it to be over the top when ps and Xbox literally drop in the way you described the new phone model right and people buy every time lol. So I think the switch 2 should just want a better remote, bigger hopefully and bigger screen, with better graphics. But yea I want better upgrades with the same success of what made this system work instead of Nintendo way over doing it and missing the mark of what made them so successful.
These comments are rediculous, get over the audio issues and stop complaining about wood and ham, at the end of the day if you don’t like the podcast, then don’t watch it.
Not knocking Wood, love the podcast, and everyone else is doing the same but can we kindly stop referencing this game being BotW/TotK it mostly isn't as a lot of these things were done in prior Zelda games.
Why everyone keeps says its like Ultrahand but it doesn't allow you to do the biggest thing Ultrahand could do, build stuff, is beyond me. Its closer to magnesis in that ALL it does is allow you to move objects but then it has reverse bind which is nothing like anything in either BotW or TotK.
Reverse bind itself is an extension of summoning multiple links in Four Swords/Four Swords Adventure.
Waypounts have always existed in topdown Zeldas. But without quests the game only gave you dungeon waypoints…. But in ALBW you could set a waypoint on the map too.
Horses did exist in Four Swords Adventures.
Sea and River Zora existed together in one of the Oracle games.
Exploring a world in different orders was something you could do in Zelda 1, partly could do in ALTTP and ALBW.
I just wish more people would appreciate things for what they are and spend less time emphasising how this is from [INSERT GAME]. The only reason I did it here is because I'm trying to make a point that ideas are iterative, not solely from one product in a 35 year older series.
One thing in the Zelda trailer that no one seems to have noticed: Zelda uses her wand to get rid of the Mole from the Mole Hole after she summons it. Does this mean she has a sword-like attack the wand can do? Otherwise what happened to the Mole in that scene?
1:21:50 Doing an accent as a joke doesn't inherently make you a racist…….calm down with that woke nonsense where everything needs to go from 0 to 100 immediately.
Nier automata is not a xbox 360 game
Love the pod, another fun episode and really appreciated the deep dive of the Zelda video as I hadn’t watched it yet!
The Podcast's awesome guys 😁😁
From what I recall, the Oracle games have fast travel via the gasha seeds. Also, Links Awakening has fast travel.
They said Switch 2 would be announced this fiscal year which ends in march of next year… ANNOUNCED. So it could release any time after that
Switch sales haven't slowed down as much as expected. Sell-through has remained steady and every year there are more playing users. Why wouldn't they wait untill december to see what the sales do?
I’m really liking Ham as the co-host. Good banter between the two of you and I feel like it just fits very well. Already forgot about that Wulf guy. 👍
Just make fun games that don't miss. SAY IT LOUDER FOR SONY AND XBOX TO HEAR
Edit: Totally agree with Skootish at the end. You guys are crushing it.
Volume is extremely low. I got scared half to death when I turned my music on and it ruptured my eardrums
I've always said Kakariko. What is this Kokariko nonsense.
I don’t think Furukawa ever said anything about the switch 2 releasing within the fiscal year. Just that it would be revealed within the fiscal year. But if anyone has a source saying otherwise, feel free to share.
