  1. Hey Roger! It was such an honor to watch this Nintendo Direct along with you! I'm super excited for all of these new games and content coming to the Switch this year, way cool! I totally love your reactions, they're always the very best in every amazing way! I'm totally as excited as you are Roger! I've always been a very big fan of yours for a very long time! Thank you very much for hanging out to watch this Nintendo Direct along with me and everyone else Roger! You're the very best Roger! 🤗

  2. I absolutely understand being upset about more older characters not being in Xenoblade 3, but they still wanted the game to be accessible to new people, so they saved it for the DLC instead and I think that makes sense as to why they might do it that way. And they worked it into the story well too

  3. This Direct was absolutely insane, one surprise after the other almost nonstop (among all the crazy stuff Level 5 being back outside of Japan with a completely new game, a new Fantasy Life and especially a new Layton was the biggest for me)!
Unfortunately don't have enough time to watch your channel regularly RogersBase, but ever since I discovered it I never miss a Direct reaction (after watching it once on my own) because I love how legitimately excited you are about them and even when you aren't personally interested in certain games most of the time you acknowledge them since you know at least something about them just like I do when I watch these!

  4. Considering the design philosophy of the Emblems, especially gameplay-wise, picking Camilla over Azura is extremely goofy, even more so since they're calling her the Emblem of Revelations and giving her a moveset so similar to Corrin's, but i can't say it doesn't make sense. She is super popular after all. The rest of the DLC choices are pretty perfect

  5. Professor Layton REALLY needs a compilation of the earlier games. I’d love to get into the series if the earlier installments were as readily available as Ace Attorney’s are

  6. Honestly the side order thing is really smart. From the get go, they probably were developing a chaos story mode and an order story mode, and the loser of the splatfest was always going to be the DLC. All they'd have to do is make some minor changes.

  7. Just like Roger i thought Level-5 was dying but my favorite series/games from them are Inazuma Eleven and LBX. the latest IE game has been in development hell since 2016-2017 with this direct it feels like Level-5 is letting the world know we're not done yet and we'll be back on top or at least give us a fighting chance
I hope IE doesn't get pushed back to 2024 because atleast two of the 3 games shown by them ate releasing this year if i'm not mistaken

Glad Roger got layton as i hope to have IE and maybe a new LBX game in the future

  8. I hoped for another "Ace Attorney HD collection" for the Nintendo Switch (one with Ace Attorney 4, 5 & 6 or the two Ace Attorney Investigations games) or a return of the first two Dino Crisis games in HD but Ghost Trick and the HD remake of Advance Wars 1 & 2 FINALLY releasing in two months are nice surprises for sure.
