  1. The Alarmo is fun, I like it! Having a sleep tracking device that isn't a wearable or object you put on your mattress really neat, and I think it's just very cute. It's the kind of thing you design for a project in UX school, but know it's too out there to get made. Nintendo making smart yet silly gadgets… the world as it should be

  2. Nintendo not answering the question about if it works with a partner in the bed is because they now that anyone getting this alarm clock not only is alone, but will never convince someone else to get in their bed anyway.

  3. This needs a Guardian music from Zelda that plays the longer you stay in bed. Also, from the trailer, it doesn't look like this alarm clock is geared towards kids, but more us adults that have a terrible habit of snoozing. And I am one of those people…

  4. Alarmo should be out for Christmas!!! Imagine waking up the day after Christmas with Alarmo only to remember you didn't get that Nintendo Switch 2 that you really wanted! I would just wake up and destroy it!!!

  5. Wow. Nintendo invented Wake-Up Club from the PS Vita. How is this "Quirky and innovative"?
Also, KF thinking this is for fucking kids is weird. Perhaps they are applying the Twitter mentality of making revenue to YT.

  6. Nintendo's main target audience are kids and families …
A common trait is school, especially now considering they're all back to school.
An alarm clock is the least confusing thing they've done in a while

  7. As someone from a small town in IL, it’s kind of funny to hear Bless say there is nothing to do in Champaign, when cities the size of Champaign are where we’d go for fun as kids. Lol

  8. I love all those little moments my son has with me in the mornings! For weeks leading up to Astro bot’s release, he’d wake up and say to me “Astro bot almost coming out!” (He’s 4 lol)
And when the day finally came, I surprised him with the game after school and he was so happy to finally play “Robot Game number 2!” lol

  9. My wife and I really enjoy Pokemon Sleep. It's fun to wake up, see how you slept and see what pokemon show up. Then you just check in three times a day to feed your snorlax and team and it's simple, basically like Neopets was back in the day.
I also appreciate that they do a lot of event pokemon and themes and give out rewards pretty often. I'm never feeling like I need to spend money and it's not predatory like some other Pokemon mobile games are…

All that said the alarm clock is also cute but yeah it shouldn't cost more than $50
