Much respect to Seatlle for shutting it down in almost one and a half period, considering hiw defense will always be the achilles heel of a recent expansion team. On that note, it still hasn't dawned on me how the Islanders could leave Eberle unprotected. Was his contract really that bad?

Call me a disgruntled Leaf fan but there should be a 10 yr stewing process for fans of a new expansion team (Kraken, Knights) to get that excited, OR at least know what they are excited about
