Chris Simms (@CSimmsQB) and Ahmed Fareed (@FareedNBCS) recap all the games from Week 17, celebrate those who clinched a playoff spot and lay to rest the eliminated. #NBCSports #ChrisSimmsUnbuttoned #NFL

(05:50) Vikings-Packers: Holy crap, Green Bay controls its own destiny (even though you can’t technically control your own destiny)
(12:25) Bears-Lions: Like we always thought, Detroit is in the playoff mix on the final week of the season
(18:00) Browns-Commanders: The loss that should relegate Carson Wentz to a backup QB
(25:10) Jets-Seahawks: Geno Smith gets his revenge, while Simms pinpoints the moment where the season went downhill for the Jets
(35:50) NFC No. 7 seed: The rookie who will make the difference in determining the NFC’s final playoff spot
(37:15) Dolphins-Patriots: Damn! Okay to Kyle Dugger, whose pick-six turned the game around
(43:05) Steelers-Ravens: Damn! Okay to Mike Tomlin and Kenny Pickett, as the Steelers never die
(49:30) AFC No. 7 seed: Why Simms thinks that the Pats, Dolphins, and Steelers could all lose in Week 18
(51:50) 49ers-Raiders: Despite the win, why did the 49ers D get diced up by Jarrett Stidham? Plus, Ahmed lays the Raiders to rest
(59:40) Saints-Eagles: What happened to the Eagles’ offense on Sunday?
(1:07:00) Panthers-Bucs: Tom Brady and Tampa flip the switch … again
(1:15:00) Colts-Giants: Daniel Jones had a great day on the field, but showed why he’s the man for something he did after the game
(1:18:55) Broncos-Chiefs: Another weird performance for Mahomes
(1:21:40) Jaguars-Texans: Jacksonville has some mojo and can play with anyone
(1:24:45) Rams-Chargers: Give Me The Headlines presented by Hyundai – “Whose house? Bolts’ house!”
(1:28:30) Cardinals-Falcons: “For the birds”
(1:30:15) Bills at Bengals: BetMGM Parlay Preview – despite Allen and Burrow, it could be a defensive game tonight

  1. I LOVE Jimmy G with the Jets!!! Reminds me of Joe Nammath in a strange way. If Jimmy G goes to the Jets…I know what Jersey I am buying and wearing next year!!!

  2. Not gonna lie I feel like he doesn’t actually watch the Giants games. They have changed they’re style of play. It’s much more drop back based vs bootleg. They also haven’t been running saquan into the ground and using Jones’s legs more in the qb run game.

  3. Chris's head is so big right now its like watching a cheating cod streamer like Swagg or Nadia. That rant over people saying his opinion is wrong and being called out on twitter was just rude and hateful. He is wrong about Jalen and other players but the point is he is not a good person and how good his football opinions are, which isnt great, that is really irrelevant when he is raving like Lil Alex Jones Vert. If Chris thought he was coordinated enough to do it, he wud have prolly started trying to C walk on set and call out Dan Orlovsky's set and told Dan to put his fightin' Cardigan on

  4. 49ers was my sb pick but the way stidham played against them, i might change my pick… mahomes will be the mvp, the last regular season mvp that won the sb? kurt warner in 1999. the bills safety tragic injury last night (not sure if he is alive or not), this thing could carry them over the hump. but id take the low key bengals. and for a pack fan, burrow is my favorite qb. this guy went to the sb with the worst oline ever.

  5. Yea, Simms admits he was JUMPING up and down and yelling at the end of the game about the possibility of Brady/Buck losing the game. So much for Simms trying to convince everyone (over and over and over) that he does not hate Brady when questioned on the air. There cannot be any doubt- he HATES Brady. No problem that you do – just PLEASE STOP the BS on the air that you don't care either way bc YOU OBVIOUSLY DO.

  6. As I Seahawks fan I feel sorry for Steelers fans if you’re QB for the next decade is only as good as Matt hasselbeck. Not bad but not good enough to win it all

  7. I THINK ITS TOTAL BULLSHIT to sit up here and talk about the losses Derek Carr had after leads… when Stidham had a 10 point 4th quarter lead and lost. ITS A JOSH MCDANIEL THING. this team will lose games they shouldn’t cuz their head coach is a great OC and a terrible HC

  8. chris is spot on about Zach Wilson. I think he will be a Qb and a good one. Give him time. They actually scored more TDs with Wilson. It's like they scape-goated him. I have been a Jet fan since 3rd grade and they were the Titans. Yet, I didn't care if they won on Sunday. The first time I ever felt that way.

  9. The sooner Dan Snyder sells the team, the sooner Jason Wright, Ron Rivera and everyone else in the Front Office and coaching staff are gone, the better off the Washington organization will be.

  10. The Zach Wilson situation is a real shame; it’ll take him at least a year to regain form and get back on track to where he was before the season. With the way things went, I wouldn’t be surprised that even Trevor Lawrence would’ve flopped as well.
