NFL WEEK 14 UPDATED PICKS

WEEK 14 features some great matchups that could determine playoff seeding for the AFC and NFC conferences

Week 14 predictions include some upsets and some safe favorites. When we do pro football betting predictions, we will give you the score, but be sure to monitor the updated point spreads.

THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL SPECIAL!

PACKERS AT LIONS:

Tough NFC North division matchup in one of the best divisions we have seen in decades.

Packers, Lions and Vikings are all up there in playoff contention and we see that the Lions are very injury plagued.

The Packers are finally getting healthy, and we think that the Packers offense should be able to exploit the Lions’
injuries on defense, specifically at the linebacker position.

One of our major rules is identifying relative strength, and even though we have the Lions ranked number one overall,
for this game the setup favors the Packers as the more healthy team.

FALCONS AT VIKINGS:

The Kirk Cousins revenge game as the long-time Viking QB returns to face his old team.

Not sure that Cousins could have played worse against the Chargers in Week 13, tossing four interceptions, two of which
were in the “what the hell are you thinking” category.

Good news if you can make that point is that the Falcons’ defense only allowed 10 points, as 7 of the Chargers’ points
came from a Kirk Cousins pick-six interception.

And then, only allowing a total of 17 points with a turnover margin of -4 is a good showing by the defense.

The Vikings have had lucky wins for the past several weeks now, as Sam Darnold continues his second -half slide.

Similar to the Chiefs, the Vikings are indeed winning, but not in a convincing form that would fill a coach (or fan base) with confidence heading to the playoff tournament.

This could be a game where the road underdog plays a little better than expected and takes the upset.

SEAHAWKS AT CARDINALS:

The Seahawks have won three in a row, and two weeks ago beat the Cardinals in Seattle in one of Arizona’s worst performances of the season.

Several advantages here for the Cardinals, as this is a revenge game for them, a Double Technical set up as they just lost on the road and the Seahawks
WON on the road. And finally, this is the second road game in a row for the Seahawks, as they return from crossing the country in New Jersey.

The Cardinals lost to the Seahawks 16-6 in Seattle, but the game was closer than that and played in ugly, rainy conditions.

We think that indoors with that fast Arizona track, Kyler Murray and company get their revenge on the Seahawks.
