  20. Larry Sparks was so on point with his reference to Ezekiel 47. It is one of my favorite passages, and I hadn't looked at it as he used it before now. As a metaphor, it is excellent a representation of our Christian walk, revival, seeing so much within the Kingdom come to fullness… Even fruit starts as a flower that must be pollinated and allowed to become the tiniest fruit which then must be allowed ṭo grow to its fullness. These things take time and we must continue to watch and pray until the fullness of time is complete.

  25. We were a part of the Brownsville Revival and the school for three years. When we started attending in 1996, I remember Pastor Kilpatrick’s experience of when it all started on Father’s Day, June 18, of 1995. He said he felt a wind blow through his legs and suddenly both his ankles flipped over. He could not straighten up his feet. As a friend helped him to the microphone, he took the microphone and shouted, “Folks, this is it! The Lord is here. Get in, get in!” Steve Hill, the visiting evangelist, waved his hand over him, and said simply, “More, Lord!” That was it! Pastor Kilpatrick hit the floor of the podium and was unable to move for hours. God’s glory fell that day and the rest is history!
    Our lives are forever wrecked with a passion and hunger for the presence of the Lord! Nothing else satisfies once you have experienced an outpouring and stood in the River of God! “Then the lame shall leap like a deer, And the tongue of the dumb sing. For waters shall burst forth in the wilderness, And streams in the desert. The parched ground shall become a pool, And the thirsty land springs of water; In the habitation of jackals, where each lay, There shall be grass with reeds and rushes.”

    We must let the Holy Spirit work in whatever way He wants. We must cry out to Him to open up the streams in the desert and send forth His River of living water to flow to the needy and the thirsty!
